The meanings of the following terms used in this agreement are described below:

3.1 Password and Security

3.2 Suspending or Closing an Account

k3336 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the account holder is confirmed to be a minor.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

5.3 Bonus Abuse
